I am currently enjoying my fifteenth year in the classroom and my ninth year here at McKinley. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English literature, a Master of Education and an Education Specialist degree from Louisiana State University. In the fall of 2003, I received certification in Adolescent and Young Adult English Language Arts from the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. My husband and I have two young daughters.
