Congratulations to McKinley High’s Dwayne Webb!

Dwayne Webb, a talented visual arts student at McKinley High, won the 2009 Black History High School Poster Contest held at Southern University on February 26, 2009.  He received a trophy and a certificate of achievement. Great job, Dwayne!
